Job summary

Mathnasium in Antioch, California is seeking passionate Math Instructors / Tutors. You will teach students K-12, utilizing the Mathnasium Method in a fun and supportive environment. This part-time role offers consistent hours after school and on weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Eager to learn and willing to undergo training.
• Must demonstrate exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.

• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction.
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials.

What you will do as a Math Instructor / Tutor

• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
