Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
2. Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
3. Administer Mathnasium curriculum through student assessment and diagnosis, development of learning plans, and documentation of progress
4. Manage a team of Instructors to deliver instruction that aligns with Mathnasium methodology
5. Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices as needed
6. Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
7. Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
8. Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

1. Passion for math and working with students
2. Excellent interpersonal skills
3. Eagerness to learn and be trained
4. Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
5. Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities
6. Detail-oriented—would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture

All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
