Job summary

Mathnasium in Seattle is seeking part-time instructors to provide math instruction to students ranging from kindergarten through high school. You will work at a Mathnasium Center, helping students understand and love math while receiving ongoing training in the Mathnasium Method.

Qualifications

• Strong math proficiency through calculus.
• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• High motivation, commitment, patience, and enthusiasm.
• Classroom and/or one-on-one mathematics teaching experience is a plus.
• Desire to work through the entire school year is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach math to students at varying grade levels.
• Engage with students to build understanding and confidence in math.
• Participate in ongoing training and career development.
• Work at the Mathnasium Center with no outside work to prepare.

Compensation: $21.50 - $23.00 per hour
