Qualifications

• Strong mathematical background from college-level coursework, high-level competition experience, or similar.
• Deep familiarity with the math competition landscape, including major contests and preparation pathways.
• Experience participating in, coaching, or organizing mathematics competitions.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain AoPS's approach to student participation in math competitions.
• Build and scale systems to track AoPS student performance in competitions.
• Partner with other departments to plan and execute AoPS's annual contest calendar.
