Fusion Academy – Science & Math Teacher

Fusion Academy is a fully accredited 1‑to‑1 private school for grades 5–12. As a Science and Math Teacher, you’ll have the flexibility to shape your schedule, design creative lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues. Our diverse team of lifelong learners shares a mission to personalize education for every student academically, socially, and emotionally. What You’ll Do:

• Teach in a truly personalized way — one student at a time.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of science and math courses (Earth, Physical, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Astronomy, Earth Space, Anatomy & Physiology, Marine Biology, Zoology, Integrated, Basic Math, Pre‑Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Pre‑Calculus, Trigonometry, Statistics, Business & Consumer Math, and Calculus), following content standards — curriculum and resources provided.
• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social‑emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student‑centered environment.
• Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem‑solve as needed.
• Florida residents require level‑2 background screening.

Pay Range

USD $26.00 - $26.00 /Hr.
