Job summary

Tutor Doctor Chandler-Gilbert-Ahwatukee is seeking motivated tutors for the 2026-27 school year. Flexible part-time role offering 4-6 hours weekly, with prime hours Monday and Thursday evenings. Open to all subjects from Kindergarten to College, with focus in Math, elementary reading, and SAT/ACT prep.

Home-based or library tutoring in Gilbert/East Valley; you’ll build lasting relationships with students and families, and earn resume-building experience in education.

Qualifications

• Mentor or subject matter expert with ability to guide youth.
• Highly organized to provide academic support.
• Open to working 4–6 hours per week during the school year.

Responsibilities

• Tutor 4–6 hours per week, with prime hours Monday and Thursday evenings.
• Provide tutoring across subjects from Kindergarten to College, including Math, reading, SAT/ACT prep.
• Build strong relationships with students and families and tailor sessions to individual needs.

Math and Reading Tutors for 26-27 School Year

Tutor Doctor Chandler-Gilbert-Ahwatukee is looking for a few strong tutors to for the 2026-27 school year

• Would you like a fulfilling AND part-time job helping youth?
• Do you consider yourself a mentor or a subject matter expert??

Flexible: 4-6 hours per week
Available now through December 2026 (or longer!)

Prime hours: Monday and Thursday 3:30-7:30pm
Any subject - Kindergarten to College
Top subjects: Math, elementary reading, SAT/ACT Prep

Tutor Doctor Chandler-Gilbert has been in the East Valley since 2019 and we support around 150 students each month, including summer. If you are an expert these and other subjects, or are highly organized to provide general academic support for middle and high school students, we have students who need you too!
