Nadia Care is seeking a full-time Maternity Navigator to advocate for expectant and new mothers in Rutherford County, Tennessee. The MN will bridge healthcare and community resources, delivering education and support to improve pregnancy outcomes while working within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include virtual and in-person visits, coaching on essential health topics, documenting interactions, and connecting families with social supports.

Nadia Care’s mission is to improve pregnancy, birth and the postpartum journey for women and their families by reimagining how maternity care is delivered. Our team is focused on building trust-based engagement and wrap-around support for expectant moms at home, in person and virtually to ensure they have all the social support they need for a successful and joyful pregnancy journey. We help our members with care navigation, doula support, assistance with lactation, nutrition, housing, transportation and a wide range of other needs. We leverage technology to support our virtual engagement that allows us to meet all our moms where they are.
We ensure that our members have trusted sources for support, resources, and information throughout their pregnancy, delivery and well into postpartum. Nadia Care does not replace the primary obstetrician or doctor’s relationships. Instead, we support expectant mothers with all other health-related social needs not typically available through their doctors’ offices.
Nadia Care is looking for a full-time Maternity Navigator (MN) to be a trusted partner and advocate for expectant and new mothers in the Rutherford County, Tennessee area. Our MNs are the heart of our work—hired from the communities we serve, they build deep, meaningful relationships with the families they work with.
You will act as a bridge between the healthcare system and the community, ensuring that each mother feels heard, empowered, and equipped with the tools she needs for a healthy and joyful pregnancy. This role is for someone who is passionate about making a difference—who believes that every woman deserves the best care, regardless of background or circumstances.
This role will work with our members in the greater Rutherford County area.
This role requires schedule flexibility, including typical Monday - Friday shifts from 9am - 5pm or 11am - 7pm, occasional weekends, and a light on-call rotation.
This is a full-time hourly position with a pay range between $18-$23/hr. Exact compensation will depend on years of direct relevant experience.
