Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred) and at least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a medical setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience; medical office/healthcare setting preferred.
• Medical terminology preferred; ability to use computer systems, handle multiple phone lines, and assemble charts.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with reception and registration.
• Prepare charts, track patient information, and support nursing and patient tech staff.
• Coordinate with physicians, offices, and departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff.
