Responsibilities

• Diagnoses patient injuries or illnesses and determines appropriate surgical procedures.
• Examines patient history, allergies, and medications to avoid complications.
• Monitors vital signs during surgery and adjusts anesthesia as necessary.
• Performs surgical procedures with sterile techniques.
• Prescribes post-operative care and medications.
• Collaborates with other professionals to develop treatment plans and ensure continuity of care.
