Job summary

Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System is looking for a Managing Physician to join the Maternal-Fetal Medicine practice in Lancaster, PA. This position offers a supportive 4-day workweek with 10-hour days, leading a multidisciplinary team and ensuring quality patient care.

Ideal candidates will have an MD or DO qualification, board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and a passion for mentorship and leadership within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-risk obstetric care as part of a full-scope MFM practice.
• Serve as clinical and operational leader for the practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff to optimize workflow.
• Mentor and support APPs and other team members.
• Participate in strategic planning and practice development initiatives.
