Job summary

UPMC seeks a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to support the Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) service at Magee Women’s Hospital. The APP will care for high-risk obstetric patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, performing prenatal and postpartum visits and rounding with the MFM team.

Candidates must have completed a CRNP program, hold an active RN license, CRNP certification, CPR certification, and clearance as required.

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) required.
• Current state RN license and CRNP certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Act 34 Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for high-risk OB patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Rounding on postpartum and antepartum patients as part of MFM service.
• Maintain professional practice standards and participate in ongoing education.
