Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in New Mexico.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• NRP, Fetal Monitoring NICHD training within required timeframes.
• STABLE certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and complete medical screening exams for women and fetus.
• Provide direct nursing care in Labor & Delivery, Newborn Nursery, Level II Nursery, and Mother-Baby/GYN.
• Assess data, identify needs, and develop patient-centered care plans.
• Collaborate with health care team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement and adherence to nursing standards.
