Responsibilities

• Receives, verifies, sorts and classifies, warehouses, and issues excess surplus property.
• Conducts review, research, verification and receipt of routine and complex property.
• Applies Federal Cataloging Procedures to validate or change data elements.
• Certifies items as eligible for sale.
• Reviews disposal turn-in documents accompanying material and verifies accuracy of data.
• Operates forklifts and related handling equipment to move palletized materials.
