Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction materials testing and inspection experience.
• 2+ years of materials testing and inspection project management experience.
• Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in proposal preparation, including materials quantity take-offs.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and materials testing projects.
• Manage project budgets and meet with clients and design professionals.
• Coordinate and oversee all field activities, including field technicians and inspectors.
• Visit project sites to evaluate work being performed.
• Review all project-related paperwork.
• Assist in troubleshooting project-related issues.
