Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a Material Technician to receive, transport, and stock materials and supplies across campus. Under general supervision, you will work with ERP/WMS systems and coordinate deliveries to ensure accurate inventory and timely service.

The role requires a High School diploma, prior ERP/WMS experience, and the ability to lift 75 lbs. A Texas driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience working on computers using ERP/WMS platforms.
• Must be able to lift/move 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unloads shipments and inspects merchandise for damage; generates receiving documents.
• Processes boxes and containers using computer entry from purchase orders; attaches barcode labels.
• Performs cycle counting and inventory adjustments; restocks and delivers merchandise across campus.
• Delivers merchandise using fleet truck and various lifting equipment; ensures accurate stock locations.
