Responsibilities

• Verify and organize distribution of incoming/outgoing products.
• Prepare related documents for shipments and receipts.
• Maintain the shipping/receiving area and keep it organized.
• Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Reconcile waybill, bill of lading with bill of materials and actual arrivals.
• Ensure goods delivered match approved orders and related documents.
• Maintain the inventory management system to align physical and database stock.
• Complete all paperwork and regulatory formalities for receiving/shipping.
