Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate preferred.
• Previous experience in stock and distribution procedures preferred.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming supplies and stores supplies appropriately rotating stock to minimize outdates.
• Distributes supplies ordered by departments.
• Follows up on back orders.
• Weekly collection and shipping of reprocessed materials.
• Storeroom maintenance and organization for efficient location of supplies.
• Keeps storeroom/dock neat and clean.
• Removes outdated products from storerooms.
• Electronic and paper documentation; updates stock in the system.
• Completes Blind Receiving Report; matches receiving reports to purchase orders.
• Maintains Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and performs filing as needed.
• Assists Inventory Specialist; weekly cycle counts and daily duties; back-up purchasing support.
