Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Sr. Principal – Materials and Supplier Management QA to lead QA functions across materials management, supplier governance, and logistics at the Lebanon, IN site. The role partners with supply chain, procurement, and warehouse operations to ensure Lilly Quality Standards are met.

Responsibilities include establishing supplier programs, managing quality agreements, risk assessments, and complaint handling, while maintaining GMP compliance and supporting regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a pharmaceutical-related field or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance with Materials QA experience.
• 3+ years managing suppliers/materials in a regulated environment.
• 1+ years experience with SAP or other inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead materials and supplier quality systems across the site.
• Oversee materials management, supplier governance, and logistics quality.
• Develop and maintain supplier approvals, quality agreements, and risk assessments.
• Review GMP documents, deviations, change controls, and specifications.
• Provide QA support for warehouse activities, sampling, and material approvals.
• Support regulatory inspections and readiness at the site.
