Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Materials Supervisor in Hubbard, TX to oversee materials management and inventory for projects. You’ll ensure timely availability of resources, optimize storage, and maintain precise records to support execution.

Responsibilities include supervising handlers, managing receiving and issuing, and collaborating with project teams to forecast needs and minimize waste. Strong leadership and 3–5 years in energy sectors are preferred.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in materials management, inventory control, or warehousing in energy/industrial sectors.
  • Proven supervisory experience with ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management: receiving, storage, issuing, tracking.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.

Job Overview

The Materials Supervisor at Primoris Energy Services in Hubbard, Texas, is responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate management of materials and inventory for assigned projects. Job Responsibilities

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in materials management, inventory control, or warehousing, preferably within the energy, construction, or heavy industrial sectors.
  • Proven supervisory experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including receiving, storage, issuing, and tracking.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, loader) with certification preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
