Polaris Inc. in Huntsville, AL seeks an experienced DC Operations Lead to manage daily distribution center activities supporting manufacturing. You will oversee staffing, processes, safety, quality, and performance, while driving continuous improvement and overseeing budgets and reporting.
Responsibilities include workforce planning, scheduling, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to meet productivity goals, with emphasis on safety and cost control.

You will lead daily operations within a global distribution center supporting the manufacturing operations in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will oversee staffing, processes, and performance to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality fulfillment of orders. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners and lead a team to meet operational goals while driving continuous improvement. You will also manage budgets, support employee development, and ensure adherence to company standards and policies. This role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact on operational performance and team effectiveness at scale.
