Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Material Handler II for 1st shift (6am-2:30pm) to handle order processing and documentation. You will liaise with transport partners to ensure timely inbound and outbound shipments, declare permits, and maintain accurate shipment records.

The role requires basic logistics knowledge, compliance with company procedures, and the ability to resolve routine issues. Must be prepared to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with order processing and documentation.
• Knowledge of shipping documents and permits.
• Ability to liaise with internal/external transport companies.
• Problem solving for non-conformance and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing orders and generate delivery/shipping documents.
• Liaise with internal and external transport companies for timely shipments.
• Ensure prompt and accurate declaration of permits and delivery clearance of shipments.
• Investigate non-conformance and recommend corrective actions.
