Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to ensure timely movement, storage, and tracking of materials to support production and shipping operations. You will supply materials to production lines, transfer finished goods, maintain inventory accuracy, and operate powered industrial equipment safely.

The role requires independent work, strong communication, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in material handling, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Material Supply & Production Support: Deliver materials and components to production areas, stock point-of-use racks, support production changeovers, monitor material levels.
• Inventory & Material Tracking: Use handheld scanners, verify inventory, apply labels and LPNs, maintain organized storage.
• Shipping & Finished Goods Handling: Move finished goods to shipping, apply stretch wrap, stage per schedule.
• Equipment Operation & Safety: Safely operate forklifts and other equipment, perform inspections, follow safety procedures.
• Continuous Improvement & Team Support: Communicate shortages, discrepancies, follow work instructions, support team.
