Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Georgia Plant is seeking a detail-oriented Materials/Inventory Coordinator to support production schedules in West Point, GA. This on-site role requires coordinating with suppliers, maintaining cycle counts, and ensuring timely deliveries to support module manufacturing.

You will manage SAP data, monitor MRP changes, and work with CKD/LP suppliers while aligning with SQDCM objectives. Strong office skills and communication are essential, with 0–3 years of supply chain experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
0–3 years of experience in supply chain or materials management.
Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
Strong communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventories.
Provide requirements to Suppliers to ensure efficient operations.
Communicate with CKD and LP suppliers to ensure delivery and ASN confirmation.
Work with production Control on trial builds and issue spot PO’s to support the programs ensuring a timely delivery and correct EO level parts.
Monitor MRP process and daily requirement changes.
Coordinate build out processes with suppliers to prevent overstock and obsolescence.
