Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. As a Receiving Operator, you will perform manual duties related to movement of products and materials; verify the physical accuracy of the receiving function.

Located in South Brunswick, this position is fully onsite. You will operate warehouse activities, perform SAP transactions, and use a forklift to retrieve and unload materials.

Qualifications

• Maintain processing area and equipment in a clean, sanitary and presentable condition.
• Adhere to good Manufacturing Practices and exemplary housekeeping standards.
• Ability and willingness to work as part of a team to solve problems, develop procedures, and recommend improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate effectively with mechanics, operators, supervisors, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations including, but not limited to, material movements and SAP transactions.
• Operate a forklift to retrieve materials from the warehouse when necessary. Also, operating a forklift to unload new materials or equipment for the site.
• Maintain safe working environment, utilize appropriate safety equipment and proactively improve the safety culture of the department.
