Job summary

Trane Technologies in Colorado is seeking a material handler to support docks across the plant. You will offload materials from trucks, inventory new materials, label them, and move them to correct locations while maintaining 5S standards.

You may work indoors or outdoors, pursuing forklift certification as needed, with safety as a priority; the role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment and to collaborate with the team to keep operations running smoothly.

• Must possess basic math skills & problem solving skills.
• Ability to work safely
• Completion of basic Forklift Training and Safety Orientation.
• 3 – 6 months of material handling experience

Where Is The Work

On-Site (5 days)

Position Summary

The general receiving process may require the employee to work at various docks at the plant during the workday dependent on staffing and production demands. All employees may be expected to flex depending on experience, training and skill level to perform work tasks. May be required to obtain certification for operation of Powered Industrial Trucks and Stackers.

• Must have the ability to lift 35 lbs., as requested

Base Pay Range 2026

(for Colorado Residents): $19.95 - $26.29 (Minimum to Maximum)
