Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC seeks a Property Supervisor to plan, organize, and monitor storage, shipping, and receiving of materials to ensure timely distribution to departments.

Responsibilities include maintaining security, operating handling equipment, coordinating with contractors, performing monthly inventory counts, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires forklift experience, data accuracy, and ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 3+ years of Material Control, Warehouse, Property, Manufacturing, or related work experience preferred.
• Ability to handle physical demands in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds with safety.
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication and leadership ability.
• Forklift experience preferred and ITAR/FAR/DFAR knowledge advantageous.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to Security and Safety policies.
• Move materials using forklifts and other handling equipment.
• Maintain inventories and perform monthly cycle counts.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure GFP is received timely and labeled properly.
• Interface with Project Leads on BOMs to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Load, unload, and stage inventory for production and shipment.
