Requires specialized depth and breadth of expertise and ability to interpret internal or external business issues.

Responsibilities

Ensure that project and program objectives are clearly defined for assigned areas of responsibility, and that all necessary preliminary activities are completed to support successful execution.
Ensure all assigned projects and programs are completed according to established requirements, with a focus on product and process specifications, cost management, resource utilization, and schedule adherence.
Ensure all phases of project, program, and process development are properly documented; communicate and transfer required information to other functional organizations; maintain compliance with policies.
Ensure effective utilization of material and financial resources.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to maximize project and program productivity.
Lead the research and development of new technologies and incorporate new processes into products and services.
