Job summary

AriensCo in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Process Technician to support Materials, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient material flow across the warehouse. You will update work instructions, coordinate readiness for new launches and collaborate with Materials, Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain.

The role emphasizes hands-on process improvement, adherence to safety standards, and active participation in audits and tooling updates, with a starting pay of $22 per hour for first shift.

Qualifications

• A technical degree is preferred but not required
• Experience using lean principles to drive continuous improvement
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement projects ranging in size and scope
• Experience dealing with a variety of people in a variety of settings
• Moderate level or above computer skills with MS Office preferred
• A strong mechanical aptitude
• An ability to communicate effectively – written or verbal

Job Description:

AriensCo is seeking a motivated and passionate Process Technician to support our Materials team here at our Fayetteville location. The Materials Process Technician supports warehouse and material flow operations by maintaining accurate system data, developing and updating work instructions, and coordinating process readiness for new product launches. This role serves as a key link between Materials, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and standardized processes throughout the warehouse.

Pay: Starting at $22 per hr.

1st Shift 4:30A-3:00P Mon.-Thur.

Location: Fayetteville, TN

THE DAY TO DAY…
