Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in mechanical, aerospace, or astronautical engineering, completed a Blue Origin internship in 2026, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication. U.S. work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Completed Blue Origin internship in 2026.
• Enrolled or recent graduate attending college/university.
• Able to start full-time on or before September 2027.
• Minimum of a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, astronautical engineering, or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs.
• Self-driven with the ability to seek out requirements with minimal direction.
• Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.
• Assist with rapid development programs and cross-functional coordination across teams.
