Responsibilities

  • Assisting with daily asphalt plant operations and production activities.
  • Monitoring asphalt production schedules and plant performance.
  • Supporting quality control testing and material sampling procedures.
  • Tracking inventory levels of aggregates, liquid asphalt, and other raw materials.
  • Assisting with production reporting, data collection, and operational analysis.
  • Coordinating deliveries and logistics for incoming materials and outgoing product.
  • Observing and supporting plant maintenance and equipment inspections.
  • Reviewing production records, safety procedures, and environmental compliance requirements.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting operational issues and identifying process improvements.
  • Supporting plant supervisors and engineers with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Typical Duties
  • Assisting with daily asphalt plant operations and production activities
  • Monitoring asphalt production schedules and plant performance
