Job summary

Sanmina Corporation, a leading EMS provider, seeks a Materials Planner to link Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing. You will ensure parts availability, balance stock, and prevent delays while managing the company’s Demo equipment program.

The role requires 6+ years in electronics manufacturing, strong Oracle and Excel skills, and excellent communication to work with multiple teams. On-site in a manufacturing environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of materials planning or supply chain work in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong experience using Oracle to track inventory and release orders.
• Experience running demo or loaner equipment programs and tracking shipments.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, formulas, charts).
• Clear written and spoken communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Run the entire Demo program, ship test products, track returns, and report.
• Monitor inventory, compare reports, place orders to meet deadlines.
• Maintain target stock levels and prepare parts for customer orders.
• Coordinate with buyers to align parts with the main factory schedule.
• Provide updates on stock levels and priorities to factory and design teams.
