Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Administration, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in materials planning, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems in a purchasing context.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all production purchase order requirements for North American supply.
• Validate supplier delivery commitments and align with PO and production needs.
• Expedite material shortages and coordinate with suppliers across sites.
• Enter POs through Syspro and maintain accurate records.
• Provide pricing and quoting support.
• Reconcile invoice queries and ensure proper pricing/documentation.
• Address discrepancies by raising DDRs and reconciling L&Ds.
