Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior Supply Chain, material coordinator, or material handler experience preferred.
• Must be able to document processes clearly and communicate with supervisors and coworkers in writing.
• Ability to communicate professionally with BAC personnel and coworkers.
• Competent in basic math and fractions conversions.
• Familiarity with Lean 5S, Kanban, and continuous improvement basics.
• Able to interpret production schedules and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Move kits and manufactured parts to correct locations to meet production schedules.
• Review paperwork for accuracy and identify opportunities to reduce waste.
• Assist and train junior mechanics as needed.
• Maintain 5S and safe, organized staging areas for materials.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure on-time material delivery to assembly lines.
