Qualificações

• Experience supporting ALS and ESP operations is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading large teams, including unionized workforces in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with SAP and warehouse reporting or KPI management tools.
• Practical experience applying Lean principles, 5S, root-cause analysis, standard work, and visual management techniques.
• Strong conflict-resolution, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of HSE management processes and risk assessment practices.
• Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States without company sponsorship.

SLB is seeking an experienced Materials Manager to join our team in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end warehousing operation, ensuring materials availability, inventory governance, and execution of warehouse processes that support business and operational objectives. The position is responsible for leading a large team while maintaining service levels, cost control, and operational compliance.

We are looking for a leader who can engage a large workforce, navigate complex operational challenges, and effectively partner with stakeholders across the organization. This role provides the opportunity to shape warehouse performance, strengthen team capability, and influence long-term operational results through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
