Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Operator – Materials Management – IAPI to handle receiving, sampling, storage, and shipping of raw materials and components. The role requires adherence to GMP, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements while ensuring accurate inventory and timely order processing.

The position offers a Monday–Friday shift with overtime as needed, and potential for a company bonus tied to performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements and regulatory agencies (FDA, OSHA, EPA, etc.).
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to wear loose-fit respirator and lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Accurate receiving, sampling, and storage of manufacturing components from outside vendors.
• Ship orders to internal and external Lilly customers.
• Unloading/loading of materials at docks and ensure proper storage.
• Process orders in warehouse inventory system; conduct cycle counting.
• Follow safety requirements and participate in safety projects.
• Comply with GMP and regulatory requirements; participate in audits and quality initiatives.
• Support performance improvement goals defined by area leadership.
