Job summary

The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare organization in Manchester, TN to hire a Materials Management Clerk. This role supports the Purchasing Department with ordering, receiving, shipping, storage, distribution and related duties.

Schedule is Full-Time with Day and Night shifts. You will place orders, maintain records, monitor inventory, label items and assist with patient charges while ensuring reliable attendance and accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, inventory, or departmental support preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records, files, logs, and receipts
• Ability to monitor supply levels and maintain adequate inventory
• Strong attention to detail when handling orders, supplies, and chargeable items
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and other departments
• Reliable attendance and a strong sense of accountability
• Ability to work independently and perform additional duties as assigned

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed healthcare organization in Manchester, TN and we are looking to hire a Materials Management Clerk to supports the day-to-day operations of the Purchasing Department, including ordering, receiving, shipping, distribution, storage, telecommunications, printing and duplication, and other assigned duties.

What You’ll Do - Key Responsibilities

• Organize the department and ensure adequate supply levels are maintained
