Job summary

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, operating forklifts, processing shipments in SAP, handling freight invoices, and assisting with inventory planning.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, freight, or related role.
• Forklift experience preferred
• SAP or other ERP experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and across departments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments; enter receipts into the system.
• Operate pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts.
• Prepare daily shipping orders and close orders in SAP.
• Process, code, and upload freight invoices.
• Support inventory counts and production planning.
• Prepare export, international, and hazardous-material documentation.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• Handle freight claims and assist with resolutions.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance for equipment.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
