Job summary

Gildan is seeking a Warehouse Associate at the Kings Mountain, NC facility to remove cartons from the special order handling belt, sort on wooden pallets, wrap full pallets, and move pallets with a pallet jack to the staging area. This role supports daily operations and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include identifying styles, loading rails, replenishing boxes, and performing duties as assigned by supervision.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety regulations.
• Must be able to learn to use the equipment required to complete task.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended period of time.
• Must perform all functions of the job safely.
• Must complete company new hire and safety orientation

Responsibilities

• Identify product styles by case in overflow behind pick racks or at the end of pick racks to load slick rails and flow racks by style to the determined location that the case needs to go in.
• Load slick rails and flow racks as needed to keep product in locations and available to pick.
• Make boxes and pick up empty cases throughout department as you replenish. Clear all the zones of cases debris and pallets and any other duties as specified by supervisor.
• Operation of a pallet jack.
• Any other duties specified by the supervisor/manager
