• Assigns work and provides technical direction to subordinates and facilitates coordination to meet schedules.
• Observes work in progress to anticipate and resolve problems within groups supervised, and coordinates with other supervisors to maintain progress.
• Maintains safety, housekeeping, and compliance with regulations; enforces protective equipment usage.
• Prepares reports, assists in leave planning, and initiates performance-related actions as needed.
• Implements safety, OSHA, and environmental requirements; ensures property accountability and security measures.
• May perform non-supervisory tasks such as transporting equipment or maintenance duties as assigned.
