Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

• Able to read and follow load cards/SOR/OMS and use measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Verify counts per Shop Order Release (SOR) specifications.
• Inspect parts for quantities per SOR specifications.
• Inspect for obvious damage, color consistency and workmanship per standards.
• Document necessary information.
• Keep workspace and equipment clean and organized.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as required.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Identify nonconformities and follow disposition procedures.
• Implement process improvements.
• Support Kimball International Quality system and EMS.
