Join our team and start your journey today!**Essential Duties & Responsibilities*** Responsible for handling and moving merchandise around the facility.* Pack inventory and prepare for shipment. This may include loading pallets, banding the package, shrink wrapping, etc.* Utilize an RF Scanner on a daily basis to complete orders.* Verify inventory accuracy.* The ability to operate a shipping manifest system.* Transport product via the use of forklifts.* Compare packing slips and shipping documents to inventory.* Work in a timely manner to meet production standards established for various finished goods.* Accuracy and attention to detail throughout daily activities.* Trains other team members in assigned operations as needed.* Maintain a clean work area to meet safety regulations of the facility.* Work in a team environment to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.* Assure compliance to all safety, environmental and health standards, procedures, and practices* Other duties, as directed.**\\*Guaranteed wage progression every 3 months, for the first two years! \\*****\\*\\*Shift Premium of $1.50/hr for 2nd shifts\\*\\*****MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:** Basic math skills to add, subtract, multiply, divide and calculate simple percentages. Be able to add and subtract decimal values.**Requirements*** Must be at least 18 years of age.* Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.* Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time* Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and push or pull parts or containers frequently.* Ability to read and understand job instructions.* Must be able to operate a forklift.
