Job summary

Draw Line Tech in Lonoke, AR is hiring for a full-time position operating and tending production lines. You will transport materials, load machines, and monitor scrap in the SAP/MRP system while following all safety rules.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, supporting safety initiatives, and mentoring new staff. A High School diploma or GED and forklift experience are required, with Hazardous Waste training within six months.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read and write in English sufficiently to perform the job.
• One year forklift experience and ability to pass forklift certification.
• Basic PC skills to navigate documents and records.

Responsibilities

• Operate and tend one or more machines or processes as directed by the supervisor.
• Weigh and reconcile scrap in the SAP/MRP system.
• Load raw materials and convey materials to machines or work surfaces.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area following 5S standards.
• Assist in mentoring new or temporary associates and support safety programs.
• Possess Hazardous Waste Management training within six months of entry and annually thereafter.
