Job summary

UNICON International Inc. is seeking a Stores Attendant-B near Corpus Christi, TX. This onsite role requires experience with inventory management and the operation of material handling equipment. You will work with Excel and Word, support storerooms, and comply with safety procedures.

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 70 pounds, with local travel as needed. OT is possible and training will be provided.

Qualifications

Experience in inventory control and material handling.
Proficient in Excel and Word; able to learn inventory software.
Must possess basic math and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Issue material with proper authorization and file records.
Check received material for quantity and condition; note discrepancies.
Operate material handling equipment and assist in storage/yard operations.
Maintain inventory levels and perform cycle counts; adjust records as needed.
Prepare and pack material for shipment or storage; handle shipping papers and hazmat procedures.
Support storeroom, storage yards, and logistics workflows.
Follow safety rules and company procedures at all times.
