Job summary

Rogers Corporation is seeking an inventory/warehouse associate who supports the production environment by maintaining stock, labeling, and organizing materials. You will pull items from production orders, deliver to work centers, and document dispositions to ensure accurate inventory records.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, 1 year of packing/shipping experience, and forklift certification or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience may substitute.
• Less than 1 year of packing/shipping experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is required.
• Forklift operator certification or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory
• Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders
• Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies
• Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units
• Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections
• Performs cycle counting to insure inventory accuracy
• Performs nonconforming material process including device master records (DMRs) and hold tags
• Other duties as assigned
