Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Raw Material Handler to receive, inspect, store, and distribute raw materials for manufacturing. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, quality control, and timely material availability to support production processes.

The role requires at least one year of warehouse or material handling experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to operate forklifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Capable of working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming raw materials, inspect for accuracy, quality, and quantity; verify against PO and shipping documents.
• Record and label materials with lot numbers and expiration dates; organize inventory; perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Safely store materials, rotate stock, and maintain clean warehouse; prepare materials for production per orders; deliver to lines using forklifts or equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections for damage or discrepancies; isolate non-conforming materials and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain records of inventory transactions and generate reports on inventory levels and usage.
• Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations; report hazards or incidents promptly.
• Continue to monitor and maintain accuracy; support production with timely material movement.
