Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling and moving merchandise around the facility.
• Pack inventory and prepare for shipment, including loading pallets, banding, shrink wrapping, etc.
• Utilize an RF Scanner on a daily basis to complete orders.
• Verify inventory accuracy.
• Operate a shipping manifest system.
• Transport product via forklifts.
• Compare packing slips and shipping documents to inventory.
• Work in a timely manner to meet production standards established for various finished goods.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout daily activities.
• Train other team members in assigned operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area to meet safety regulations.
• Work in a team environment to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and health standards.
• Other duties as directed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and push or pull parts or containers frequently.
• Ability to read and understand job instructions.
• Must be able to operate a forklift; training is provided to obtain certification.
• Pass pre-employment background check, essential functions assessment, and drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED required.
