Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC is seeking a warehouse receiver to ensure accurate, timely unloading and receipt of product at our North Olmsted, OH facility. The role involves counting pallets, reconciling numbers with the Bill of Lading, and documenting results with proper paperwork.

The successful candidate will have 3+ months of distribution/inventory experience and basic reading and math skills. The position offers on-site work and opportunities within a large distribution network.

This position will ensure the accurate , timely and safe unloading and receipt of product and will compare and verify all material from assigned truck. This involved calculating the exact counts on each pallet and comparing these numbers to the Bill of Lading provided by each individual carrier. The receiver will document these numbers, sign the necessary paperwork, and is held accountable for any discrepancy thereafter.
