Job description

Pioneer Grove Partners, a waste management and recycling services company, is hiring a Materials Handler in Riverside, CA for a full-time position.

As a Materials Handler, you'll load and unload materials from trucks and trailers, sort recyclables, and ensure proper handling and storage of all materials.

You’ll work at our Riverside, CA facility, where you’ll join a dedicated team focused on efficient waste management and recycling operations. Your primary tasks will involve sorting, processing, and managing various types of waste and recyclables, ensuring they are properly handled and disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner. You’ll use specialized equipment and tools designed for sorting and processing materials, such as conveyor belts, sorting machines, and manual sorting tools. The workplace is a bustling facility with multiple workstations, each equipped with the necessary tools and materials for efficient waste management. To excel in this role, you’ll need to be physically capable of lifting and moving materials, have a keen eye for detail to accurately sort and identify different types of waste, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you’ll be required to follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
