Job summary

Civil Recruit is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse professional based in Austin, Texas. You will handle shipping, receiving, and storage of return materials and coordinate with SAP for inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include verifying arrivals, processing RMAs, and managing outbound shipments. Strong communication and reliability are essential to support internal/external customers and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping, receiving, storing of return material.
• Verify incoming inventory for labeling and count.
• Process RMA material and record condition, weights, and dimensions.
• Verify material received against POs or invoices and maintain records.
• Manage outbound shipments, packaging, and crating when needed.
• Handle non-inventory items for each business unit and update holding list.
• Assist internal and external customers in reconciling variances and arranging shipment.
• Record material movements and reconcile transactions, report findings.
• Interact with internal and external customers as needed.
• Assist TEA and external customer with variances and shipments.
• Seek operational improvements to increase efficiency and customer support.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports.
• Participate in various logistics tasks/projects as required.

Responsibilities

• Performs the physical and administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing of return material
• Verify incoming inventory for proper labeling and count
• Coordination and processing of RMA material, recording condition, weights, and dims
• Verify material received against purchase orders or invoices, and maintains records of return materials
• Manages all outbound shipments, packaging and crating if needed
• Managing the non-inventory items stored for each business unit (moving, labeling, and updating holding list)
• Assist internal and external customer in reconciliation of receiving / shipping variances and arrange shipment as required
• Verify part movements and material transactions are reconciled, provide findings or report as required
• Interfacing with internal customers and external customers when needed
• Assist TEA and external customer in reconciliation of receiving / shipping variances and arrange shipment as required
• Actively pursue operational improvements to increase efficiency and customer support
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports as required
• Participate in various Logistics tasks/projects as required

• Prefer familiarity of Personal Protection equipment and proper industry safety procedures
• Prefer experience with SAP inventory management
• Prefer BS/BA and professional certification (CPIM, CPM, etc.)
• Prefer IATA/DOT HAZMAT certification
