Job summary

Electrolux Group in Springfield, TN is hiring a Material Handler Tech to support daily warehouse and line-side material operations, ensuring timely delivery of components to point-of-use. You will assist with planning, material flow, and inventory accuracy to keep production lines supplied.

You will leverage EMS tools, 5S, red tag, problem solving, and KPI tracking to drive flow and continuous improvement. Requires High School diploma and 2–5 years in warehouse or supply chain, plus English

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, materials, or manufacturing supply chain.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to speak and read English effectively.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems (SAP, JDE, or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Material Flow & Line Support.
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials to production lines (Point of Use –POU).
• Coordinate and monitor picking, staging, and delivery activities to always ensure full line coverage.
• Verify materials are delivered in the correct quantity, location, and timing.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks to material availability.
• Support smooth shift transitions to maintain continuity of supply.
